Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

This easy Chicken and Broccoli recipe is made with strips of chicken breast and broccoli in a ginger-garlic stir-fry sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (or gluten-free option)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons mirin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon canola oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 pound chicken breast (sliced very thinly)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Combine soy sauce, broth, cornstarch, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper in a measuring cup; whisk until dissolved.

Heat half the canola oil in a large skillet over medium-high; cook half the chicken about 2-3 minutes per side until cooked through.

Repeat with remaining chicken and oil.

Remove chicken to a plate.

Add remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; cook 30-45 seconds until fragrant.

Add sauce mixture and whisk well.

Add broccoli; simmer 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.

Return chicken to skillet; stir to coat.

Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
