Chinese Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 batch (~4 cups) of Chinese greens (yu choy, bok choy, spinach, etc.)
  • Garlic (minced)
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Boil water and blanch vegetables for 2 minutes.

  2. Remove from water and dry vegetables.

  3. Sauteed with garlic + oil. Drizzle with soy sauce.
